• Cleaning instructions: Carefully clean the solid surface with a damp cloth.
• Refill & Storage: After using the Softybag for a while the bag can need a minor refill of air again. Then you just open up the bag, add a little more air, close it up tightly. After that you can continue relaxing. Store the Softybag indoors in a dry space after usage.

• The quickest and easiest way to fill the bag is by using what we call the Air Scooping Method. Grab your bag by the opening, open it up and make a sweep in a straight line through the air. What is important here is the you close the opening before you turn the bag around again to keep the scooped air locked in the bag. Repeat this exercise three to four times or until the bag is about 70% filled with air. Then seal the bag by rolling up the closed opening until you cannot roll anymore. Then lock the bag by closing the buckle. If you are outside on a windy day, just open the bag towards the wind and let the air flow in and then close it up.

Not happy with your order? Return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Currently, we do not offer exchanges.
